Sometimes unresolved experiences from the past quietly interfere with your present. Sometimes you find yourself wondering why everyone else seems to be moving forward while you feel behind. We see you, and we are so glad you are here!

Therapy is a space where you don’t have to figure it out alone. On this journey, you get to decide where you want to go and how you want to get there. Together, you and your therapist will create an individualized plan based on your needs, style, and where you are in right now. We utilize evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, and more.

Healing looks different for everyone. Along the way, you will discover what works and doesn’t work for you. We believe you are trying the best they can with everything you have in the moment, and there is no failing in therapy!
