Clinician
Jessica Beckmann (she/they), LMHCA
Currently open to new clients/telehealth only.
Hi, I’m Jessica (she/they), and I work with teens, young adults, and adults in navigating anxiety, depression and trauma. My approach is person-centered and incorporates dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) while creating a collaborative, supportive space.
In this space, clients can feel understood and seen while building skills necessary for change. I also have a growing interest in marital/relationship issues and helping clients better understand patterns in connection and communication. With a foundation in trauma work, I help individuals feel heard, build resilience, and develop healthy ways to cope and thrive.
I believe healing begins with empathy, connection, and mutual respect. My hope is to create a space where you feel truly seen, understood, and supported as you take steps toward growth as seeking therapy can be intimidating. If you’re thinking about starting therapy or simply want to learn more, please reach out so we can take the next steps together!
