Sloane Watson (they/she), LSWAIC

Currently open to new clients/both in-person and telehealth.

Hi, I’m Sloane (they/she), and I specialize in providing supportive and affirming therapy for LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse adolescents and adults. I support clients as they navigate their growth and healing using DBT, parts work, and person-centered therapy.

My hope is that we co-create a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering space together where you feel comfortable exploring your feelings, emotions, and experiences with compassion and care. In therapy we will have a collaborative partnership, where we move at your pace, on your terms, and focus on what matters most to you. Healing unfolds in its own time, there is no rush or right way to get there.

My Approach

My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, person-centered, and mindfulness-based. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am an inclusive and affirming therapist, committed to supporting clients as they explore their identity, sexuality, and gender while building resilience against societal pressures. As a queer, non-binary, neurodivergent person, I value these aspects of my identity and understand the challenges these communities face. My work is rooted in an anti-oppressive framework and dedicated to social justice practices. I believe healing is not solely an individual process, but a collective one nurtured through community, which is essential for meaningful change.

Change is possible and this is a great first step. Therapy offers an opportunity to meet yourself with curiosity and self-compassion, reclaim your narrative, and understand yourself on a deeper level. You don't have to do it alone. When you're ready, I'm here.
