Working Together
I provide supportive and affirming therapy for LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse adolescents and adults. We’ll co-create a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering space where you feel comfortable exploring your feelings, emotions, and experiences with compassion and care.
In therapy we will have a collaborative partnership, where we move at your pace, on your terms, and focus on what matters most to you. Healing unfolds in its own time, there is no rush or right way to get there.
Approach
Holistic. Trauma-informed. Person-centered. Mindful.
I am an inclusive and affirming therapist, committed to supporting clients as they explore their identity, sexuality, and gender while building resilience against societal pressures.
As a queer, non-binary, neurodivergent person, I value these aspects of my identity and understand the challenges these communities face. My work is rooted in an anti-oppressive framework and dedicated to social justice practices.
Change is possible and this is a great first step. Therapy offers an opportunity to meet yourself with curiosity and self-compassion, reclaim your narrative, and understand yourself on a deeper level.
You don't have to do it alone. When you're ready, I'm here.

In My Free Time
In my free time, I love trying new things around Seattle. It is so fun to find a new coffee shop, restaurant, or bookstore to check out. As a Seattle transplant, I appreciate the beauty of the PNW and I make sure to get outside. I love to travel, go to concerts, and I am always picking up new hobbies. When I am home, I’m usually hanging out with my cat, reading, cooking, or watching K-dramas.
