Who We Are

  • Lost and Found Therapy is a therapy practice in West Seattle offering affirming, trauma-informed mental health care for children, teens, adults, and families across Washington State. We support clients navigating neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life’s many challenges.

  • Psychotherapy is a collaborative process designed to help you better understand yourself, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful change. With the foundation of compassion and respect, you and your therapist will work together to explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences. You will also reflect on your past, gain deeper insight into the present, and create a coherent narrative of life that works for you.

    With Lost and Found Therapy, we draw from evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs to help you create lasting changes. You are the expert of your own experience, and the therapist’s role is to provide you with the needed tools as you begin a path toward healing and growth.
