My style, my vibe

My clients would describe me as warm, friendly, and transparent! I like to use playfulness and humor in my sessions. You will get to know my authentic self, just like I get to know yours.

Therapy modalities I enjoy working on include play therapy (CCPT, AutPlay, SandTray, CPRT), DBT, parts work, and CBT. As I get to know you, we will learn about your style, your vibe, and form a plan together that’s tailored to your need.

I love feedback! I want to know what works and doesn’t work for you. If I am not the right therapist for you, I would love to know it and learn how to support you with finding the right one!

Who I am as a human

First of all, I am Taiwanese! I speak both Mandarin and English. While very much having a life in America, a big part of me is always deeply rooted in the Taiwanese culture. My identity is a mix of different flavors, and it changes over time!

I enjoy music very much, both listening and playing nonprofessionally! Share your playlist with me!

I spend the majority of my free time laying on the couch with my dog, Puffy. When I am out of the house, I am usually looking for food, exploring the city, or being in nature.
